Our story in Puglia began way back in 1993, but its roots lie in a deep love, an indissoluble bond between a Neapolitan family and the wonderful land of Puglia. The intense aromas, the enveloping warmth of the sun, the generosity of the land and the sincere welcome of the people led us to choose Ostuni as our second home. We brought with us our passion for good food, the art of transforming simple ingredients into tasty dishes and the mastery in preparing the real Neapolitan pizza, with its soft crust and fragrant heart.
